Anxiety and Depression are the two most common mental health concerns across the nation. However, life can get better. I applaud you on reaching out for help and taking the first steps toward healing. Hundreds of studies have demonstrated the effectiveness of therapy in aiding anxiety and depression so we know that there is hope.

At this time, you might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck or confused. I offer a space for you to first be seen and heard. I truly care about my clients and aim to provide compassion for them as they learn to give compassion for themselves. 

As a holistic therapist, I help you explore the whole picture in your life to help you heal. This may include your support system during this time, coping strategies, and nutrition in addition to cognitive processing tools. I understand how difficult it can be to move through Anxiety and Depression. That is why I pull from many forms of therapy which are based in research. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Movement Therapy and Mindfulness. Together, we work to create achievable goals to help you to feel back on your feet.
