Maybe things are not going as planned… Maybe you are here because:

  • You are feeling alone or isolated

  • You have been more anxious or irritable than usual

  • Pregnancy has been more difficult than you had anticipated

  • Your identity has significantly changed

  • You are carrying a child with special needs or health concerns

  • Pregnancy was unexpected

  • There was a trauma during child birth

  • You are having trouble becoming pregnant

You have come to the right place

As a woman, therapist and proud member of the Postpartum Support International, I feel incredibly passionate about holding space for women navigating perinatal concerns.

Many factors play a role in contributing to prenatal and postpartum stress. Most new mothers feel some level of stress during pregnancy and after childbirth but about 15-20% of new mothers experience significant signs of anxiety or depression. If this resonates with you, please know that you are not alone and you deserve the space to feel heard.
