I accept Aetna in all three states; PA, NJ & TX. For all other insurance plans, I am currently an out of network provider. This means I do not bill through insurance directly and all fees are due at the end of session. However, I can provide Superbills from our sessions and assist in submitting them to your insurance for partial reimbursement if your insurance company allows!

Being an out of network provider allows me the time to be fully present in our sessions and invest in research for my clients outside the sessions.

My office is in Doylestown, Pennsylvania in the Buckingham Green shopping center! In addition to this in-person office, I also offer online services to residents of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Texas.

Short answer- Yes! Studies have been conducted throughout the past few years to determine if Telehealth is effective and the research consistently demonstrates that Telehealth is just as effective as in-person therapy.

This said, it is absolutely ok to have preferences! There may be pros and cons to either option. For my business, Telehealth offers the ability to be more flexible in meeting on your time. When working in an office, the flexibility is often limited to fit clients in the time slots available for office space. The online space allows me to do my best to work with hours that work with my clients and their varying schedules. While I may not be able to meet all needs, many clients appreciate the flexibility. Hours of operation are typically between 10am-8pm EST & 9am-7pm CST.

This really depends. Fortunately, many clients begin to feel better after just a few sessions! However, the research shows that most people feel significant progress after consistent therapy and lasting change often comes with long term effort.

It is very common for clients to engage in therapy for an extended period of time with varying levels of frequency to help as needed. We can work together to create a plan that works for you.
